In DFW, you can contact Eagle Grove Kindred on Facebook. Eagle Grove is inclusive, welcoming, and delightfully weird.
In Austin, you can contact Red Oak Heathen Fellowship. They haven't been active since the beginning of the pandemic, but I understand they're looking forward to being more active in the future.
In Houston, you can contact Spring Heathen Fellowship on Facebook or on Instagram. They have some of the most beautiful and involved rituals I've ever seen.
In San Antonio, you can contact San Antonio Heathen Folk on Facebook. They are an "inclusive group for individuals to come together and discuss, research and practice Norse paganism known as Asatru or Heathenry," and are a supporter of Declaration 127.
In East Texas, The East Texas Heathens have a meetup group, organized on Facebook.
In the West Texas (Abilene, Sweetwater) area, you can contact West Texas Heathens on Facebook.
If you're not in any of these places or if you prefer to connect online, Texas Inclusive Heathens has a Facebook page.
If you're interested in becoming a member of an international organization, The Troth is the oldest and largest inclusive heathen organization in the US. Their official website is here. You can find them on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube as well. The Troth puts out a wide range of publications, and their Lulu page is here. Ben Waggoner, the Troth's Publications dude (highly technical, I know) holds a doctorate and publishes translations as well. Also associated with the Troth, Winifred Hodge Rose has publications on Lulu and her website. The Troth is also working on an audiobooks project and working toward providing more content for diverse learners.
And last but certainly not least, Heathen Women United is an international, inclusive, academically-focused group that is highly active on Facebook and in other online spaces.
For more information on heathens in general, you can check out The Longship, Rune Rasmussen's Nordic Animism channel, Ocean Keltoi, also on YouTube, and Patricia M. Lafayllve's Essential Asatru.
